The soul of Bagara comes from our great-grandmother’s kitchen.
In the 1940s, her recipes were crafted with patience, tradition, and an instinct for flavour that cannot be taught — only inherited.
Today, we honour her by serving those very recipes, keeping the taste, process, and authenticity exactly as it was.
